Dr. L.M. Ramakrishnan
MBBS, DLODr. L.M. Ramakrishnan is the Correspondent of CS Academy and the BVB schools in Erode, with over 30 years of experience in education. He is overall in-charge of managing the BVB Higher Secondary School and The BVB School, with over 6500 students.
Mrs. Aruna Ramakrishnan
MAMrs. Aruna Ramakrishnan has over 40 years experience in the field of K – XII education. Her expertise is in managing the overall academic agenda, including curriculum development, teacher selection and resource allocation. She is a board member of GRG Trust, Coimbatore and Trustee at Vellalar College, Erode. She is the Vice President of the CS / BVB group.
Dr. Sitara Vikram
MBBS, MRCPsychiatry (London)Dr. Sitara Vikram is the Executive Director of the CS Academy schools and Director of the Arambam school. She is a consultant psychiatrist with over 10 years working experience in London. Her expertise is in learning methodologies and techniques and she is an expert in assessing children for behavioural and cognitive disorders, family therapy and counseling.
Dr. Vikram Ramakrishnan
MBBS, FRCS, MBA (INSEAD)Dr. Vikram Ramakrishnan is a management consultant turned entrepreneur with experience across a wide range of enterprises. His experience includes co-founding Linkstreet, a Bangalore based corporate learning company and co-founding the CS Academy schools in Erode and Coimbatore. Dr. Vikram serves as a director at the CS Academy schools and at Arambam school.
Ms. Karthiyayani
M.Sc., B.Ed.Ms. Karthiyayani is a veteran in teaching Biology, with over three decades of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary Level, inspiring many batches of students to achieve their potential. She served as the Principal of the Bharathi Vidya Bhavan school in Erode, Tamil Nadu for over 6 years, overseeing 5000 students and 700 boarders. Ms. Karthiyayini is the operational director of Arambam school.
Ms. Philomena Joseph
B.Sc., M.A., B.Ed.Ms Philomena Joseph is a Biology teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience. She also served as the Principal of the Bharathi Vidya Bhavan school in Erode, Tamil Nadu for over 10 years. She is the recipient of the Dr. Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award for 2007. She is also a charter president of Lions Club of Erode BVB.
Dr. Frank Steinhoff
MBA (INSEAD)Dr. Frank Steinhoff is the managing director of a private equity investment firm based in Germany. In addition, he is involved in a number of non-profit philanthropic education ventures including “life is learning”, a trust foundation which supports education for the socially disadvantaged. He received a doctorate in Natural Sciences from the Technical University of Braunschweig and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.
